INTERFOOD Ltd. is a holder of ISO 9001-2000 international quality certificates and quality management system for food products in accordance with HACCP standards. Both certificates that are a guarantee of the observance of control and production procedures were granted by the international certification agency MOODY Q-ZERT GmbH, and are subject to a very demanding audit held every year.
Constant control of production quality is carried out in own laboratory that is fitted with the necessary equipment. Samples from each production charge are taken here, and continuous microbiological and chemical testing of the quality is made.
For more complex analyses concerning the content of concentrates and stabilizers, the company cooperates with a specialized laboratory of the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague.
